We're looking for a creative, confident, and people-focused
Content & Marketing Coordinator
to join our friendly dental team in Kettering.
This is an exciting on-site role where you'll bring our patient stories, team energy, and clinic culture to life through photos and videos. You'll work closely with our dentists, hygienists, and reception team to capture the atmosphere that makes our clinic different, helping us show the human side of dentistry through genuine, engaging content.
You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks and feels online, managing the flow of content for our social channels, and supporting creative projects as we continue to grow.
Your Day-to-Day
Every week will be different, as you move between patient stories, team filming, and creative projects.
You'll be responsible for:
Capturing genuine patient and team moments such as smile reveals, consultations, and happy interactions (with consent).
Creating short-form videos and photo content for our social channels (mainly Instagram and TikTok).
Filming and editing highlight reels from open days, community events, and internal team days.
Helping the team feel comfortable on camera and encouraging participation.
Planning a weekly filming schedule based on the clinic diary and upcoming treatments.
You'll work closely with our management and patient care teams to plan filming around the clinical rota, identifying when each dentist, hygienist, or coordinator is available for content.
Saturdays are sometimes used for key content opportunities
such as smile transformations, composite bonding days, or influencer-style patient journeys. You'll have flexibility to attend these when needed for filming, with notice given in advance.
You'll also coordinate directly with patients for
video testimonials and smile reveals
, taking ownership of consent, timing, and communication so the clinicians can focus fully on their treatments. Working alongside the Treatment Coordinator, you'll help plan and capture full patient journeys from start to finish.
Designing simple posters, story templates, or branded graphics using Canva.
Creating short internal training videos (for example, meet-and-greet process or scanner cleaning).
Supporting the launch of new treatments, services, and patient education campaigns.
You'll also help coordinate and capture content for open days, patient events, and future clinic launches as our brand continues to grow.
Collaborating with our external marketing agency to provide fresh, high-quality creative content for ads and online campaigns.
Managing our photo and video library so everything stays organised and easily reusable.
About You
We're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about storytelling, people, and creativity, not a corporate marketing manager.
You'll need:
Confidence speaking to patients and team members on camera.
A creative eye for visuals, lighting, and natural storytelling.
Basic editing experience with CapCut, Canva, or Lightroom.
Great communication and writing skills (for captions and posts).
Organisational skills to plan filming and manage your own projects.
A friendly, collaborative attitude, as you'll work closely with everyone in the clinic.
Bonus skills (nice to have):
Experience in social media, photography, or video creation (even hobby level).
Previous experience in a health, beauty, or hospitality setting.
Understanding of social media trends and engagement.
Hours and Pay
Part-time: 18-24 hours per week (around 3 days)
15.00-17.00 per hour, depending on experience
On-site role based in Kettering, with occasional filming at nearby locations
Flexible scheduling during the week to suit patient diaries and creative workflow
Occasional
Saturday filming
for key cases or events (notice always given)
Permanent position with scope for growth as our brand expands
Why Join Us
You'll be part of a welcoming, forward-thinking dental team that values creativity, collaboration, and growth.
We love ideas, and we want someone who can bring them to life. You'll have full support from the management team, creative freedom, and opportunities to develop your skills as we grow into new projects and events.
This role has clear progression into a
Brand and Events Lead
position, where you'll take ownership of larger projects, campaigns, and community partnerships in the future.

Please include a short message or portfolio link (if available).
Shortlisted applicants will complete a short creative video assessment as part of our next stage (via TestGorilla).
