Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a

social media strategy

for a software / technology brand Manage and grow company presence across: LinkedIn (B2B thought leadership) X (Twitter) (tech commentary & visibility) Pinterest (visual, evergreen & creative content) YouTube (brand & explainer positioning) Instagram (brand personality & short-form content) Create and schedule platform-specific content (not copy-paste) Design simple graphics using

Canva

(Brand Kit provided) Develop relatable

software development / tech humour

content where appropriate Write clear, engaging captions with

SEO-optimised keywords

Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance Stay aligned with brand voice, tone, and positioning Collaborate with leadership on content ideas and approvals

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in

B2B tech marketing, software marketing, SaaS marketing, or IT services marketing

Strong understanding of

software development, digital transformation, or technology services

Experience managing

multiple social media platforms

for a business Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content Confident using

Canva

for graphics and social visuals Strong written English (UK) Understanding of

SEO, keywords, and evergreen content

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-56,220.25 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
