This role involves developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our online platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and identity. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback; respond promptly to user inquiries and comments. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns; prepare regular reports on social media performance. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, announcements, and newsworthy content through social channels.

Experience

Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights is advantageous. A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
