Nomos Group is a forward-thinking construction and development company known for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. We pride ourselves on transparency, craftsmanship, and innovation, and we're growing our digital presence to showcase the people, projects, and stories behind our work.
We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Production Manager to lead our visual storytelling, capturing the day-to-day energy of our construction sites, teams, and projects, and turning it into engaging social media content that reflects our brand's professionalism and authenticity.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, full-time position based at our Barnet office, with regular travel to active construction sites. The role combines videography, editing, and social media management -- producing daily and weekly content that brings the construction process to life through engaging short-form reels, long-format YouTube videos, and vlog-style storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Regularly visit live construction sites to film engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Produce and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including reels, shorts, and daily vlogs.
Plan, storyboard, and execute creative concepts that align with Nomos Group's brand and marketing objectives.
Manage the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and audience growth.
Keep up to date with social trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats relevant to the construction industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to capture milestones, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
Maintain and manage all company-provided video equipment and editing software.
Requirements
Proven experience in videography, content creation, and social media management, ideally within a construction, trades, or industrial environment.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Demonstrated experience managing and growing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
A creative mindset with strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to construction sites.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work on-site full-time at our Barnet office, this is not a hybrid or remote role.
