About the Internship opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and organised Social Media Content Publishing Intern to join Wavelength. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital media, working across major platforms to ensure our content reaches millions. You'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, learning the intricacies of multi-platform publishing, primarily on YouTube and content optimisation.

25 hours per week (5hrs Daily)
Here is what you will doing:
Upload and schedule videos, images, and posts across multiple platforms (YouTube(primarily), Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
Apply relevant metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags on YouTube
Ensure posts meet each platform's technical requirements (e.g., aspect ratio, duration limits)
Support thumbnail creation and image formatting (e.g., via Canva or Photoshop)Troubleshoot basic publishing or formatting issues
Maintain records of published content and flag any inconsistencies
Collaborate with the team to meet publishing deadlines and maintain workflow consistency
Who we are looking for:
Someone who is familiar with major social media platforms and their posting workflows.
A person with a basic understanding of YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when scheduling or publishing content
Clear and reliable communication; ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn new tools and incorporate feedback
These skills and experiences are not essential but would be advantageous.
Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe PhotoshopExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro (basic video editing and export workflows)
Understanding of content calendars or scheduling tools
Familiarity with basic performance metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement, CTR)
