Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a flair for communication, and the ability to develop innovative strategies that align with our brand's goals.

Duties

Creating engaging posts and videos using Canva, Instagram and other social media. Updating our Wix website and email marketing via Mailchimp. Keeping up to date with and using current trends to boost engagement Following up with clients after courses to encourage Google reviews Taking photos and short videos on our training courses Respond to messages and comments across social platforms and engage with clients online Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand image.

Skills

Confident communicator and team player Taking initiative and self motivated Interest in land base industries such as arboriculture, horticulture and Forestry Creative, organised and proactive. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas that resonate with the target audience.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar social media, content creation or digital marketing role is ideal if not , a portfolio of personal or freelance projects showing your creativity and skills is strongly encouraged Familiarity with tool like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Wix, Canva and Mailchimp is an advantage
