We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator who gets the bigger picture and the little details. Someone who understands that likes and clicks are nice--but creating meaningful connections, elevating brand visibility, and sparking real conversations? That's the goal.

What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on role, with real influence over how we show up online.
Develop and deliver our global social media strategy, aligned to campaigns and business goals
Manage and evolve all social accounts (including select senior leaders' profiles), ensuring consistency in voice and visual identity
Work closely with our Campaign and Studio Managers to tailor, schedule, and optimise content across platforms
Make strategic decisions on which platforms matter most, what's working, and what's next
Turn campaign materials into punchy, social-ready content that performs
Track performance, test, tweak, and do more of what works
Keep us ahead of social trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging content styles
Be our eyes, ears (and occasional keyboard) in the comments and DMs
Who you'll work with
You'll collaborate across the marketing function: from creative content specialists and video editors to campaign strategists and analytics pros. Plus, you'll work directly with our commercial teams to ensure social is aligned with wider business activity.
What you'll bring
Proven experience managing social channels in a B2B or brand-led environment
A confident grasp of social media tools, trends, and best practices
Sharp writing skills with an eye for visuals (you know what performs on LinkedIn vs Instagram vs TikTok)
Strategic thinking with a creative edge--you're just as comfortable with spreadsheets as you are with storytelling
A proactive, curious mindset. You spot opportunities others miss, and you're not afraid to try something new
