Job Description

Navan is seeking an energetic, creative, and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you'll help communicate Navan's messages, engage our audience, and support the growth and consistency of our social media presence across various channels. You'll have the unique opportunity to play a key support role in shaping Navan's public persona, working closely with stakeholders to enhance awareness and positive perceptions of Navan as a leading Travel Management and Fintech spend management company.


What You'll Do:




Support implementation of social media strategies designed to increase brand awareness, product discovery, customer engagement, and consideration. Regularly create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), following Navan's voice and brand guidelines. Moderate social media communities, managing responses and engaging thoughtfully with customers, influencers, and media. Monitor and report social media channel performance by compiling data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and agency partners to coordinate the creation and execution of social campaigns, projects, influencer collaborations, and content production. Keep up-to-date with social media best practices and industry trends, suggesting new content ideas and experiments to keep Navan's presence relevant and engaging. Assist in defining and refining social media processes and procedures, updating documentation and helping maintain accurate, standardised workflows. Provide administrative support for influencer relationships and publisher partnerships, aiding outreach, communication, contract management, and ongoing collaboration.

What We're Looking For:




3+ years relevant experience in social media content creation, community management, coordination, or marketing-related roles Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite), and basic analytics tools and dashboards Strong writing skills and keen eye for detail to ensure content quality and brand consistency Ability to interpret social media analytics and report performance metrics clearly and regularly Highly organised, reliable, proactive multitasker comfortable working in fast-paced environments and closely collaborating with multiple stakeholders Interest in social media and enthusiasm for digital marketing trends and best practices * Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Excel preferred; experience in Photoshop, Canva, or basic video editing is a strong plus
