We are currently recruiting for the role of Social Media Coordinator to join our team .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Analyse social media data and insights to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
In this role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence on various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and interacting with our online community.
