Role Overview



Target Agency is a creative-led growth consultancy with a clear mission:

to build the UK's most effective team and system for profitably growing brands.



We work with some of the UK's fastest growing DTC and subscription brands including Years, MuscleFood, Prepped Pots and Elbow Grease.

As Social Media & Creative Copywriter, you will be responsible for ideating and executing 100+ pieces of social content per month, as well as influencer output, deadlines and performance.

Day to day you will be writing briefs and scripts, ideating new angles and hooks, handling negotiations and analysing UGC performance data.

You will also be involved in writing client reports and copy for campaigns. You should also be comfortable on camera - working closely with our videographer to shoot street interview style content for our clients, and starring in TikTok videos for our clients.

This is an entry-level role; full training and support is provided, and mentorship within the creative team.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations



Daily



Proactively update internal and external stakeholders via email, Slack, telephone call and video call Ideation new content ideas for various TikTok & Meta organic and paid content Write compelling, human copy that has one of two clear purposes: 1. to drive a direct response (paid ads) or 2. to build brand and an emotional connection with consumer (organic social) Comfortable filming and appearing in TikTok videos and TikTok Shop Lives Have a clear handle on how algorithms work from both a paid and organic social perspective. Conceptualising and bringing to life unique, purposeful content with win and retains consumer attention Creator identification - identifying good-fit creators using qualitative and quantitative methods on TikTok & Instagram and inviting to them the community Oversee influencer campaigns and sourcing UGC for ads - write tight briefs and flowing scripts, manage deadlines and quality control the outcomes against the brief/objective Driving standards by writing and proofing copy (spelling, grammar and tone of voice) and creative (on-brand, aesthetic ) - ensuring that we're proud of everything that we put our name to.

Measuring performance and trends - mine performance data from previous work and convert it into insight, actions and next steps Develop clear, formatted creative content plans to deliver more than 100 pieces of TikTok & Instagram content per month, each clearly aligned to client OKRs and KPIs Confident, eloquent and enthusiastic on camera, starring in TikTok and Instagram content as well as conducting street interviews for our clients Keeping your workspace organised - a regularly cleaned and updated influencer CRM; creative files following consistent naming conventions

Monthly



Stay at the cutting edge of what's happening in socials and influencer marketing, ensuring that our clients gain early-mover advantage by testing new ideas and features first. Engage in regularly self-guided learning; making use of the materials, courses and mentorship provided by the business Maintain a swipe file and Motion board of social ads that inspire you Be willing to travel by plane and rail and stay overnight to visit clients with your colleagues

Clear expansion of your knowledge and skillset, plus alignment to our company values within 3 months Continuous MoM growth of our influencer/creator community after month 3 - The Lifeblood Inner Circle; ensuring all members have contracts and fees agreed An uplift in UGC performance metrics on paid social for our clients (CPA/ROAS, % of ad spend and thumb stop, hold rate and CTR) in 6 months time vs. prev 6 months Positive NPS score and feedback from your clients on your performance in 6 months An increase in influencer and creator billing/usage across our client portfolio

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
