Social Media & Customer Engagement Specialist

, you'll help shape the launch of future platforms for other industries.

Your impact?




You'll be the

voice and digital engine

of our customer experience.


You'll make sure people find us, feel seen, and want to come back through authentic content, clever flows and real connection, both online and in person.


What you'll be doing



Digital Communication

Create segment-focused content with the marketing team: social posts, short videos, emails, stories... Co-develop email flows and mini-campaigns for new or returning customers

Customer Connection

Maintain warm, personal relationships with customers and contacts Inspire them with new use cases, product updates and ideas that match their reality Detect additional needs (support, upgrades, reactivation...) and feed that into the team Gather customer feedback and turn it into actionable improvements for the online experience

Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team (based in Belgium) Coordinate with your team leader and customer service colleagues Use CRM and automation tools to structure follow-ups and engagement Share insights and suggestions to improve customer journeys

Your profile



A degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or digital media Confident with both words and visuals Curious, digitally savvy, and not afraid to take initiative Comfortable working independently, but you thrive in a team environment
