We're looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Digital Engagement Co-ordinator to help us showcase the work of our Transferable Skills Academies and the success stories of our young people.
About the Programme:
Our academies run for
13 to 18 weeks
and support
young people aged 16-24
who are
not in education, employment or training (NEET)
. Through a mix of
confidence-building, practical training, and recognised qualifications
, we help them step into real jobs across:
Construction
Hospitality
Customer Service & Retail
Health & Social Care
What You'll Be Doing:
Creating engaging social media content across platforms to promote our programmes, participants, and employer partners
Managing our social media channels, growing our audience and driving meaningful engagement
Showcasing success stories, events, and employer partnerships through videos, images, and written content
Working with the delivery team to capture real-life stories from the academies
Supporting the development of digital campaigns that attract young people and partners to our work
Working to timelines to ensure content is planned, created and published in line with key programme milestones
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
A skilled communicator with a flair for storytelling and content creation
Creative, proactive, and confident using different digital platforms
Able to plan and manage content calendars and campaigns
Comfortable working with young people and capturing authentic stories
Experienced in social media management, marketing, or digital communications
Rate for the job:
will depend on experience and track record

What You'll Need:
A full
UK Driving Licence
and access to your own vehicle
A
PVG membership
(or willingness to apply for one)
A
portfolio of social media
or
digital content
you've created

laptop
with access to the
software and apps necessary for your role.
