Pleasure Beach Resort is seeking an energetic and motivated Social Media & Digital Assistant to join our

Retail team.

The Role

You will support retail marketing and sales activity by creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and assisting with campaigns and customer enquiries. Working closely with the Head of Retail, you'll help deliver creative marketing initiatives and drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok). Support retail social media campaigns and analyze performance metrics. Design social media, digital and print content. Create and send targeted email campaigns via Mailchimp. Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries. Support and maintain the retail website. Support cross-department collaboration.

About You

Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative, detail-focused, have graphic desing skiland analytical Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude, able to work on own. Confident using Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Mailchimp, and WooCommerce

Requirement

GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) Experience in social media and digital marketing Passing our drug test procedure

This is a seasonal position, working five over seven days - 30-35 hours per week
