We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, enhancing our brand image, and engaging with our audience across various platforms. This role is crucial in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.

We're Hiring: Social Media & Digital Content Specialist (30 Hours per Week)

Hereford (2 days in office, 2 days on site)

Social Media & Digital Content Specialist

to join our team . You'll help drive our brand across multiple locations, online platforms, and in-house experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms Design eye-catching visuals for promotions, menus, and campaigns Update and maintain our websites (content, images, menus, events) Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our audience and engagement Capture high-quality photos and videos on site to showcase our food and venues Work closely with the operations team to ensure brand consistency

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) Basic web design and editing (WordPress or similar CMS) Strong photography/videography and editing skills A proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work flexibly across office and site locations
