Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all platforms, while also monitoring trends and analysing performance metrics.

Duties

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Collaborate with the IT team to create compelling Mailchimp campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics to inform future strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media management. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting company news and events through social media channels.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or public relations is essential. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with social media analytics tools is advantageous. A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
