Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions; respond promptly to foster engagement Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and optimise future content Manage online reputation and handle public relations activities to promote a positive image of the organisation Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency Stay updated with the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing tools Coordinate with external agencies or influencers as required for campaigns or partnerships

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English Ability to create compelling visual and written content tailored to different audiences Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Creative thinker with a passion for innovative digital storytelling Knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimise strategies
