The job
We're looking for a creative, organised, and truly social-native Social Media Executive to support the day-to-day execution of content, creative development, and production across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
You will work closely with the Social Content Managers to scale Flo's social presence. You'll help turn ideas into content, prepare scripts and visuals, build community-loved moments, and keep our workflows smooth and efficient - you should have a team mentality to ensure efficient and collaborative production.
You should have a strong understanding of the social landscape, a passion for female health, and the creative curiosity to bring educational topics to life in ways that feel human, accessible, and scroll-stopping.
This is a part-time freelance role (2-3 days per week). 30 GBP per hour max rate. Outside of IR35
