Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic social media focused Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a welcoming shop environment, doing social media content on our platforms including posts, live videos, company collaberations etc. Your knowledge of vaping products and trends will help enhance the customer experience while promoting our brand.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products to meet their needs. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content to promote products and events. Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective public relations strategies. Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide informed recommendations. stock management which will include, counting stock to make sure stock levels are kept, adding stock to the system when new stock comes in.

Requirements

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, ideally in the vaping or related industry. but not necessary. Strong public relations skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Experience in social media management is a plus, with a creative flair for content creation. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
