Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Demonstrate product knowledge and offer recommendations based on customer preferences. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organised and visually appealing store through effective merchandising practices. Handle transactions accurately, ensuring basic math skills are utilised for cash handling. Manage inventory levels, restocking shelves as necessary to ensure product availability. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the shop environment. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. regular social media content posting on our platforms from post, managers specials and live videos.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. A genuine interest in vaping products and trends is preferred, along with a willingness to learn about new items as they arrive.
