Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic social media focused vape Shop Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our shop, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on our range of vaping products. Your passion for vaping and knowledge of the industry will help create a welcoming environment for both new and experienced customers. the main focus on your role will be doing social media in our store from posts, live videos, creating any necessary content for our socials, stock management will also be a reletavily large part of the role.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs when necessary. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale when necessary. Keep the shop organised and well-stocked, ensuring displays are appealing and up-to-date. Engage with customers through social media platforms to promote products and events. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall shop performance.

Skills

Strong public relations skills to effectively communicate with customers and build lasting relationships. Proficiency in social media management to engage with our community online and promote our brand. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine interest in vaping culture and trends is highly desirable. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
