The Role

We're looking for a creative and reliable

Social Media Freelancer

to support our content creation and platform growth. This is a flexible freelance position ideal for someone with strong instincts for storytelling, branding and youth culture, particularly if you already love the world of women's football, fashion or lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and on-brand content (posts, captions, short videos, reels, etc.) Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter Respond to comments and messages in a way that reflects Nettie's tone of voice Support campaign ideas and community moments (launches, events, match days) Work closely with our in-house team to align messaging and visual direction Stay on top of trends and help us stay relevant in the football and lifestyle space

Who We're Looking For

Experience managing or creating content for social media accounts (brand or personal) A strong eye for design, tone and visual consistency Excellent written communication and creative instincts Comfortable editing basic video and photo content (even with just a phone) Interest in or connection to women's sport, fashion, or youth culture is a plus Reliable, collaborative, and happy to work independently when needed
