They are now building their content voice across digital platforms and are hiring a Social Media Influencer with proven short-form video experience to help communicate their brand, demonstrate their technology, and drive engagement worldwide.
The Role
We are hiring an experienced Social Media Influencer / Content Creator with at least 5 years of professional content creation or influencer marketing experience. You will produce high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, showcasing the product in an engaging and relatable way. This role requires not just creativity but evidence of measurable results.
What You'll Do
Produce 12-16 short videos (5-30s) and 4-6 explainers (30-60s) per month.
Develop on-camera hooks, demos, and explainers that highlight product value.
Collaborate with marketing on creative concepts, captions, and CTAs.
Optimise content for different platforms and track performance metrics (CTR, watch time, saves/shares).
Continuously refine content approach based on data-driven insights.
Must-Haves
5+ years professional experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or digital brand building.
Proven track record of high-performing content on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
Strong on-camera presence and natural delivery style.
Demonstrated editing ability (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
Ability to evidence measurable campaign results (views, CTRs, engagement).
Nice-to-Haves
Experience creating B2B or SaaS-focused social media content.
Willingness to allow content use in paid ads (with additional compensation).
Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, or online fashion retail.
Multi-platform growth strategy experience (organic + paid).
