Now we're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media to help us take our content to the next level.

The Role:

We're hiring a

Social Media Executive & Content Creator

who's passionate about Reels, TikTok, property, and design. You'll work directly with the content and marketing team to shoot, edit, post, and grow content across our platforms.

This is a junior role with room to grow. Perfect for someone early in their career who's already creating content in their spare time and wants to do it professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Capture content on iPhone or similar devices during property viewings or site visits Edit using CapCut, InShot or Canva (we can support training if needed) Publish across social platforms and track performance Contribute ideas for new formats, trends, and content series Support both buyer-facing and client-facing content campaigns

Requirements:

A genuine passion for social media and creating content Demonstrated experience producing content (for personal or brand use) Bonus if you have experience in property, lifestyle, or interiors Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or willing to learn Organised, reliable, and excited to grow in a creative team

Salary:

1,500 - 2,500 p/m freelance
