Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and enhancing our brand visibility across various platforms as well as support sale team (serving customers in the store). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, with a passion for creating compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries and comments. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive. Assist in managing public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance is advantageous. Experience in public relations is a plus but not essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 18,304.00-62,141.03 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
