Social Media Lead Generation Specialist (linkedin/instagram)

Job Description

Purpose:

Support a growing Virtual Assistant business by generating qualified consultation bookings with small business owners and solopreneurs.

Responsibilities:



Conduct daily prospecting and personalised outreach via

LinkedIn and Instagram

Engage with potential clients through

DM conversations and follow-ups

Book a minimum of 6 qualified consultation calls per month

Share and post

3-5 pieces of content weekly

(templates and guidance provided) Accurately

track outreach activity, engagement and bookings

Collaborate with the business owner through

two short weekly check-in calls


Requirements:



Previous experience in

B2B outreach, lead generation, or SDR roles

preferred Strong written communication skills and confident, personable tone Comfortable managing

high-volume outreach

and handling occasional rejection Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram best practices for networking and lead generation

Compensation:



Monthly retainer Performance bonuses available to be agreed Opportunity for ongoing collaboration and increased earning potential as the business grows

Start Date:

January 2026

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week
