Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the company's goals. Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering positive relationships with followers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management across various platforms. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools is an advantage. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling through digital channels.
