We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in creating, editing, and sharing captivating content across various social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to elevate our brand awareness, engage our audience, and expand our social media following.

We understand that many individuals possess the ability to use tools like Canva.com, Fiverr.com, ChatGPT, and editing apps to handle social media tasks. However, our main focus is on finding someone with more experience and expertise in social media management who can dedicate their time to this role on a full-time basis. We are looking to hire a candidate who can bring fresh perspectives and ideas to our team, someone who can take our social media presence to the next level.

Responsibilities:



1. Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and engaging content, including images, videos, and written copy, related to the automotive industry, car repairs, and insurance.

2. Content Editing: Review and edit content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone, and reflects the values of Pulse Bodyworks Ltd and our insurance partner.

3. Content Upload: Regularly upload captivating content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

4. Engage with Followers: Monitor social media channels, actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, and build strong relationships with our online community.

5. Community Management: Foster a sense of community by initiating conversations, asking questions, and responding to user-generated content to encourage interactions and promote a positive online environment.

6. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in the automotive industry, car modifications, repair techniques, and insurance-related topics. Leverage this knowledge to create relevant and timely social media content.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and content reach. Provide regular reports and recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

8. Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to develop and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests related to accident repairs, insurance, and car enthusiasts.

9. Influencer Outreach: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and car enthusiasts who can amplify our social media presence and contribute to brand awareness.

Requirements:



- Must be under 21 or a recent college freshman with a passion for cars and the automotive industry.

- Proven experience in creating compelling social media content, editing visuals, and writing engaging copy.

- Proficiency in using various social media platforms and knowledge of their unique features and algorithms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with and engage an online audience.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of car repairs, automotive terminology, and insurance will be an added advantage.

- A creative mindset, ability to think outside the box, and a strong eye for detail.

- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience in analysing data to drive social media strategy and achieve goals.
