Summary



We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hawksmoor Construction to grow our already great position on Social Media. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with our audience to promote our high-end construction services as well as a wide ranging set of Office Administration duties..

Key Responsibilities



Marketing & Social Media (Approx. 60%)



Create, schedule and publish engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Capture and edit on-site photos and videos in collaboration with project teams in assistance with our Videographer Develop monthly content calendars and manage post performance reporting Assist with website updates, blog posts, and email newsletters Liaise with clients, photographers and suppliers to gather marketing material Support event coordination and branded merchandise orders Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Office Administration (Approx. 40%)



Provide administrative support to the Director and other senior staff members Answer phones, manage office emails, and handle general enquiries Maintain and organise digital filing systems, documentation and reports Order office supplies and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office Assist with invoicing, expenses, and other light finance/admin tasks Coordinate deliveries, client gifts, and occasional site-related admin
