This Opportunity in One Minute

We're looking for someone who doesn't just create plans, but can also execute them. You'll define, implement, and optimise strategies across social media and PR channels. You'll need a growth mindset, and a focus on real results to grow the business - driving brand awareness, press engagement and most importantly, new sales for the business.

In return, you'll have your voice heard. Reporting directly to the CEO, your decisions will directly impact the success of the company. You'll have the freedom to implement, and the responsibility to speak up.

Our client is expanding quickly (with recent investment), meaning this is an opportunity to get in at the beginning of the journey - with a real chance for promotion, higher future earnings and even a possibility of equity for those who can move the needle long-term.

About The Role

You'll work with others in the team, as well as external agencies - but will be expected to roll your sleeves up and deliver yourself, as well as through others.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating captivating content (including blogs, articles, ads, and multimedia) & distributing it via social media sites and through an external PR agency. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of social media and PR activity, providing reports on KPIs (particularly ROI), emerging trends and necessary strategic changes. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and media inquiries across channels, whilst championing the brand and company reputation. Work with internal and external partners to ensure a holistic and effective marketing, communications and PR strategy.
