About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and creative

Social Media Manager & Content Creator

to join our team full-time and lead social media content across

three fast-growing brands

in the beauty, wellness, and media industries:

MEGATAN

- A well-established tanning brand with a strong social presence.

Original Gummie Bears

- A premium supplement company launching soon.

Podcast Studio & Personal Brand

- Helping drive short-form growth for the founder's podcast and personal brands.
You'll be responsible for

filming, editing, managing, and posting

content across platforms like

TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

, while also managing performance and overseeing additional content creators for one of our brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) Use DSLR/mirrorless camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear confidently Film in-house and on-location (as needed), sometimes featuring yourself or others Create aesthetic and engaging product content (especially for wellness/beauty brands)

Social Media Management

Post and schedule content across all relevant platforms Write engaging captions, use trending sounds, and manage hashtags strategically Monitor and respond to DMs/comments where needed Track analytics and performance, and provide weekly reporting

Brand Oversight

MEGATAN

: Guide and manage existing team members to produce relevant content; ensure consistency and sales focus

Original Gummie Bears

: Take full ownership of content creation, planning, posting, and analysis with strategic input from directors

Podcast Studio

: Edit and publish short-form clips to grow the founder's personal profile

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in content creation and social media management Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) Confident using professional camera equipment Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts content trends Great eye for aesthetics - especially in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle content Comfortable filming yourself or directing others on camera Self-starter with ability to work independently across multiple brands Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle deadlines Experience working to performance metrics and content KPIs Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) Adapt to new platforms and use AI effectively
