We're a professional digital agency on a rapid growth trajectory, but our close-knit team culture remains at our core.

We're looking for an outgoing, highly-motivated Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our Teesside team, blending account management with off-site content creation. You'll manage existing client contracts, ensuring their social media and content needs are met with precision, while driving our own agency brand forward on social platforms. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll work closely with our tight-knit crew to deliver compelling, high-quality content that resonates with B2B and consumer audiences. This role is for someone eager to help build our agency and grow as we expand, fitting seamlessly into our dynamic team culture.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Strategy

:

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for clients and the agency. Create engaging posts, ads, and stories to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Analyse performance metrics using tools like Hubspot/Semrush etc, providing actionable recommendations to optimise results.

Content Creation

:

Produce and manage high-quality content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, and website updates, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices. Collaborate with in-house designers to create visually stunning assets for social use.

Account Management

:

Oversee existing client contracts, delivering social media and content solutions that meet their strategic goals. Build strong client relationships through clear, professional communication. Drive our social media presence, crafting content that reflects our professional expertise.

Analytics & Reporting

:

Track campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools. Provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and report to stakeholders.

Additional Support

:

Assist with segmented email marketing campaigns, including design and A/B testing.

Qualifications and Skills



Education

: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

: Proven track record in digital marketing, ideally within a digital agency or B2B context.

Technical Skills

:

Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). Basic knowledge of SEO practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush). Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Soft Skills

:

Exceptional written and verbal communication with a sharp eye for detail. Strong organisational and project management abilities, thriving under deadlines. Outgoing, personable, and collaborative, fitting into our close-knit team dynamic. Creative, proactive, and knowledgeable about digital marketing trends.

Desirable Skills



Experience managing external agencies or third-party suppliers. Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects). Knowledge of B2B marketing.
