About CONNECT Creative
CONNECT Creative is a small, fast-growing social media and digital marketing agency founded in February 2024 in Scotland. Since launching, we have grown steadily through referrals and long-term client work. We manage content and strategy for clients in beauty, finance, hospitality, private equity, and personal branding.
Most of our clients come to us because they feel stuck or overwhelmed with their marketing and want clear direction and consistent support. We work closely with our clients, speak like real people, and focus on content that converts, not vanity metrics. We are lean, hands-on, and scaling quickly, so this role will grow with the business.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, organised content creator to manage and produce content for a variety of client accounts and internal projects. You'll turn ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content and collaborate closely with clients and our team to keep projects running smoothly. This is a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple brands
Create, schedule, and publish static posts, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and Lives
Edit and repurpose video content when needed
Write clear, on-brand captions with a confident tone of voice
Manage comments, messages, and DMs professionally and promptly
Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions
Use insights to improve both content and strategy
Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with the wider team
Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and best practices
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years of hands-on content creation experience
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
Strong creative eye for video, Reels, captions, and trends
Excellent copywriting skills
Confident working independently and managing your own time
Clear communicator who consistently meets deadlines
Commitment to quality, detail, and brand consistency
Open to work with freelancers
Must have your own laptop or desktop computer suitable for content creation
