We're looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms and produce Social Paid ads.

You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content, responding to followers, tracking performance metrics, and helping to develop social media campaigns that align with our brand voice and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, up to date with social trends, and passionate about building strong online communities. Experience with content creation, analytics tools, and copywriting is a must.

They should also come up with content and a calendar for them on a monthly basis, ideal candidates for this role should feel comfortable in front of the camera and organising others to produce content for them.

Maple Leaf Golf Group is a progressive UK-based golf operator known for transforming traditional golf venues into inclusive, family-friendly leisure destinations. Founded by Richard and Sally Haygarth, the group operates several sites across southern England, including;

Regular Responsibilities:

Organizing and or creating 3 organic social media posts per week, per site (so 12 in total) Filming, editing and setting up paid social ads per the marketing schedule Taking responsibility for growing all social accounts Managing the community by replying to comments and direct messages Organize all photos and videos appropriately Create key content ideas and develop them so they can be picked up and acted upon by others in the team. Creating and scheduling a marketing calendar whilst keeping on top of other campaigns

Preferred skills and experience:

Video editing Video Filming Social Media creation: Tik Tok, Instagram Experience in: Canva, Capcut, Microsoft office (sharepoint and word) Experience with Facebook ads preferred Previously worked in a marketing team

The ideal candidate should be highly creative, positive, easy to work with, happy to jump in front of the camera whilst being consistent and concentrated on regular tasks.
