Job Title
TikTok social media manager lead for Germany
Your role:
Leading the day to day running of TikTok Germany, owning full funnel media activation including handle management, content and paid activation. Working closely with agency teams and country marketing counterparts to drive the daily running and optimization to drive best in class execution on the platform. The role requires someone who is a Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where you are in the driving seat to deliver the best possible consumer experience through continuous testing and learning.
Content briefing, planning & creation
Responsible for identifying and briefing platform content needs across the funnel (incl handle) in collaboration with agency, retail and marketing counterparts for Germany
Creation of content (through agency and in-house) and optimisation in partnership with agency teams in line with platform best practice and Philips brand guidelines.
TikTok content calendar owner, driving visibility of and alignment with retail and marketing counterparts in DACH to spot opportunities to integrate and leverage content across the wider campaign eco-system (incl influencers)
Campaign briefing, planning, activation & optimisation
Responsible for capturing best practices and learnings and feeding these into DACH marketing team for holistic category campaign briefing into agency.
Accountable for annual and quarterly TikTok planning covering full funnel paid (advertising), handle (owned) and earned (affiliates) in collaboration with agency team.
Oversee briefing and sampling program affiliates and creators supporting TSP and support retail team on TikTok live planning and activation
Accountable and empowered to drive continuous optimization with hosting of quarterly reviews where learnings and recommendations to maximise TikTok across the full eco-system with counterparts.
Training and Capability Building
Stay up to date with the latest platform developments and trends on TikTok and drive awareness and capabilities within the organisation to lift the standard across DACH marketing team.
Be the first POC for agency and deliver necessary product and brand training to deliver best in class execution.

This role is an office role.
You're right for this role if:
German Native + Business Fluent in English
5 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Communications/Analytics/Media
Tiktok expertise- a plus
Content & influencer marketing - a must
AD management- a must
Agency management is a plus
Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to translate and simplify complex topics to a broad set of stakeholders
Presentation and PowerPoint skills
Strong ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a matrixed organisation and with agency counterparts
