Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
social media strategies
across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and create
engaging content
, including photography, reels, and stories that reflect the Afrikana brand.
Work closely with our marketing and operations team to align campaigns with promotions and events.
Engage with our audience
, respond to messages/comments, and build an active online community.
Track and analyse performance metrics to
drive growth and engagement
.
Stay up to date with social media trends to keep our content
fresh and relevant
.
Coordinate and manage collaborations with influencers and local creators.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the
food, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
.
Strong understanding of
TikTok and Instagram trends
.
Basic
photo and video editing skills
(Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
Excellent
communication and copywriting skills
.
A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
