high-reach, high-engagement Reels
and drives strong inbound sales through strategic, funnel-led content.We're now looking for an
in-house Social Media Manager
to take full ownership of our
academy Instagram as the primary channel
, strategically linking content to
course sales, launches, and evergreen funnels
.This role is for someone who understands
how attention turns into revenue
-- and enjoys building momentum inside an ambitious, supportive team.
The Role
You'll work closely with the
Founder and Marketing Director
to execute and scale a
proven content and funnel strategy
.Your primary focus will be:
Enhance Me Academy Instagram (main account)
Supporting
course launches and evergreen funnels
Turning
high-performing and viral content into consistent sales outcomes
You'll thrive here if you're

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademy Content & Growth
Plan, film and edit short-form video (Reels) for the academy account
Maintain high posting frequency and strong content consistency
Lean into what already works: authority-led education, confidence-building content, and demand-driven hooks
Repurpose winning content to maximise reach and lifespan
Funnel & Sales Strategy
Align content with:
Lead magnets
Evergreen funnels
Launch campaigns
Understand the customer journey from
Reel ? DM ? Sale
Use strong CTAs to drive:
Course sales
Opt-ins
DM conversations
Performance & Optimisation
Track reach, saves, profile clicks, DMs and sales signals
Identify viral patterns and double down on what converts
Optimise content based on real performance data -- not trends alone
Brand Voice & Authority
Protect and strengthen a brand positioned as an
industry leader
Ensure all content reflects expertise, confidence and credibility
Maintain consistency across the academy, with light support to clinic and founder content when required

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience managing social media for a
digital education or service-based brand
Has ideally (but not mandatory) worked with
funnels, launches or evergreen offers
Understands how viral reach supports downstream conversions
Is confident filming and editing short-form video
Can work independently within a clear strategy
Is commercially aware and data-led

You focus only on trends or aesthetics
You don't understand how social media monetises
You need heavy hand-holding or constant creative direction
You rely entirely on external creatives
