Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals. Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms. Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience interactions in a timely manner. Analyse social media performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and public relations. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively. Prepare regular reports on social media performance for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
