The Job




The purpose of the Social Media Manager is to deliver the overarching social media strategy for Red Engine brands. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to deliver campaigns, raise awareness and profiles of our brands to our core target markets to support our goals.


Key responsibilities will include:




Social Media Management:


Full ownership of all social media channels' content creation and deployment for Red Engine, Electric Shuffle and Flight Club. The Social Media Manager should be across relevant social media trends, key algorithm updates and seek out opportunities to develop their understanding further to ensure our channel performance is optimised effectively.
Influencer Management & Community Engagement:


Coordinate influencer outreach for Electric Shuffle and Flight Club, with the support of the Regional Marketing team. Build relationships with key influencers to raise awareness of key campaigns, products and venue launches. Have accountability for venue budgets for influencers and provide reports on influencer campaign performance. Consistently engage with customer content to ensure positive sentiment, encouraging guests to return.

Strategy and Reporting:


Deliver a content strategy plan to support the annual marketing plan and venue launches for each of our brands. Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including the Videographer and broader marketing team to develop unique content. Provide monthly reports on channel performance. Analyse and evaluate key metrics to ensure optimum campaign performance. You will have accountability for the venue budgets for influencers and provide reports on campaign performance.


To be successful in this role, you'll




Have solid hands-on experience managing and delivering the content strategy for a consumer facing brand. Ideally you will have multi brand experience Demonstrate an understanding of social trends relevant to our brand/industry. Have a creative mindset and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality content, able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Have a keen eye for detail, evaluating key metrics to ensure optimum performance Be a passionate content creator and driven to lead innovative and engaging social strategies Be highly organised and with proficient time management skills. Demonstrate your ability be work to deadlines and have the ability to flex work priorities. Be an expert at planning, reporting and in confidently delivering valuable information back to the business on social campaign metrics You will have excellent communication skills and have previously worked in a similar role in the central marketing team for a multi-brand business.
