Our mission is to create empowering designs that resonate with a global audience. We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Representative to be part of our new flagship store in London (currently under fitout).

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, growing our online community, managing day-to-day social activities, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future content decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and others. Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and more) aligned with our brand identity and campaign goals. Manage the daily posting schedule and coordinate content across teams. Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, growth, reach, conversions, etc.) and optimize strategy accordingly. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and platform updates. Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align social media strategies with business goals. Run paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the advertising team, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis. Support influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, etc.). Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions. Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. [Preferred] Experience with photo/video editing or basic graphic design. [Preferred] Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and paid media strategies.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of social media experience (brand or agency side).
