We're looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team at East Midlands Care Agency, supporting our mission to provide high-quality care services across Lincolnshire.
What you'll do:
Create engaging posts to promote our care services and community values Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok Develop and schedule content to build awareness and trust Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally Track engagement and suggest improvements
What we're looking for:
Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organisation Creative flair with strong written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Interest in care, community work, or social impact is a bonus
Hours & Pay:
Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 12-20 hours per week) Hybrid working - remote with occasional office visits in Louth Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
