We're now looking for a creative and ambitious Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and help build one of Hull's most exciting brands.

The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice of Federation of Sport online. You'll develop and deliver social media strategies that grow our audience, drive engagement, and showcase our unique blend of sport, entertainment, and community.

Create high-quality, engaging content -- from match-day clips and behind-the-scenes moments to event promotions and influencer collaborations. Manage daily activity across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn). Engage with followers, respond to messages, and nurture an active online community. Work with the in-house team to promote events, offers, and new experiences. Plan and execute paid campaigns to boost reach and drive bookings. Track performance through analytics and report on growth, engagement, and conversions. Identify trends, partnerships, and opportunities to elevate our online presence.
