Role Overview:

Are you a creative visionary with a knack for social media? Do you thrive on bringing stories to life and helping businesses thrive in the digital realm? If so, we want to hear from you! As our Creative Social Media Manager, you will take the reins in crafting compelling content and managing the social media presence of our esteemed clients. This role is tailored for someone who excels in graphic design and video editing, while also relishing the strategic and relational aspects of social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation Design and produce a captivating mix of photography, graphics, and video content that resonates with our audiences.

Social Media Management, Oversee and manage social media channels, creating content calendars, writing engaging captions, and posting dynamic content across all platforms.

Customer Engagement, Cultivate positive relationships with customers through effective communication channels, including email.

Design Projects, Engage in various design-related tasks, including brochures, leaflets, and branding, alongside ad-hoc video projects.

Skills & Experience:

We seek a passionate individual who shares our commitment to success and growth. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Exceptional Communication, Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Social Media Savvy.

Comprehensive knowledge of business-oriented social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Design Expertise, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Content Creation Skills Experience in shooting and editing high-quality photography and video content.

Brand Interpretation Ability to grasp and embody a brand's tone of voice for effective copywriting and creative storytelling.

Organisational Skills, Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Proactive Attitude, A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow.
