Ambition, Responsibility and Openness drive our every endeavour. Join our esteemed institution with a proven track record of success, and where dedication to excellence is key. We want people to make their mark in a professional community that truly values people, innovation, and achievement.

The Role:

We're seeking an experienced digital professional with in-depth knowledge and experience of social media channels, audiences and content. As Social Media Manager you will bring a creative approach to driving cut through and bringing our world-leading research, exceptional student experience and diverse partnerships and innovation to life, driving student retention and recruitment and building the reputation of the University.

Alongside content production, you'll play a key role in community and reputation management, including monitoring our channels, engaging with followers and supporting issues management.

Your creative skills will be matched by a keen eye for detail and a zest for planning. You'll be responsible for reporting on content effectiveness and spotting areas for improvement. You'll keep on top of social media content and campaigns planning, ensuring social activity joins up with wider communications and marketing plans.
