As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, driving engagement, and fostering a loyal community of followers. Responsibilities include: Content Creation:

  • Craft original text and video content for platforms such as:
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
YouTube
TikTok
  • Oversee the design of social media accounts, including cover photos and profile pictures.
Marketing Plan:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for all social media content and stories, including weekly, and monthly projections and designs prepared ahead of time.
  • Perform in-depth research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and execute a social media strategy to produce new leads for the sales team
  • Support our ads agencies in their campaigns to improve output
  • Manage email marketing campaigns with scheduled content creation.
Editing:
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news.
  • Showcase your ability to copyright within our brand subject fields and understand our messaging.
  • Create eye-catching content with exceptional editing skills that propel our company forward.
  • Elevate our brand through content pieces (both image and video) and transform raw footage into polished marketing material.
  • Feature content strategically in stories and other relevant platforms.
Analysis:
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Develop copywriting skills for email marketing campaigns.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content in various formats (text, images, video).
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing or a relevant field is a plus.
