Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across all key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) that align with business goals.
Create compelling on-brand content (video, graphics, copy) that resonates with our target audiences to drive growth in followership and engagement
Creation and management of organic social content pillars and posting schedules
Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to maximise ROI
Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant
Analyse performance metrics to optimize content and strategy
Keen eye for design and layout to translate Bella Vou aesthetic across all social channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

You will have
Proven and demonstrable experience in video content creation
Proven and demonstrable experience in social media strategy and significant audience growth
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
Data-driven mindset with creative flair and attention to detail
You will need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management and video content creation.
Proficiency in video editing software
Detailed understanding of social media analytics tools.
To live locally. This is a full-time in-clinic role (it is not remote or hybrid). You will need to be in-clinic daily to capture content with surgeons and patients.
Salary:
28,000 base (OTE/Performance Bonus up to 45,000 p/a)
