We operate retail and wholesale businesses supplying customers across the UK. Our sister brand, Stag & Groom, is an e-commerce venture focussed on groomsmen-based gifting.
Role Overview:
We seek a creative and determined Social Media Manager to join our marketing team managing both Peter Posh and Stag & Groom brands. Peter Posh's retail operation comprises eight showrooms and we are looking to expand, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both paid and organic social media, good content creation skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. The principal objective is driving traffic and footfall to our showrooms whilst engaging in the wedding industry as passionately as we do.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute overall marketing strategy for Peter Posh and Stag & Groom across all channels
Manage and enhance the brand identity of Peter Posh and Stag & Groom, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation
Create engaging content tailored for platforms across Meta and including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
Monitor channels for trends, feedback and engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
Design and produce sales collateral and promotional materials using our Canva subscription
Plan and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
Analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Collaborate with other team members and departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or social media role, either in an agency or with a brand
Proven expertise in managing paid and organic social media campaigns
Strong content creation skills, with experience using Canva or similar design tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring and reporting on marketing performance
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A keen interest in the wedding or events industry would be welcomed
