Social Media Manager (Founder + B2B Brand)
Rate: $100USD a week for 5 hours
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, highly organised Social Media Manager to own and execute the day-to-day social presence of our B2B, including the public voice of our founder.
This role sits at the intersection of founder-led thought leadership and B2B positioning. You'll turn ideas, research, conversations, and real-world experience into high-quality social content that builds credibility, reach, and long-term brand value with a professional, decision-maker audience.
You'll work closely with the founder and internal team to translate opinions, conference talks, research, and product insight into clear, compelling social content -- while ensuring the founder's voice and the company's B2B positioning stay aligned and mutually reinforcing.
This is an execution-heavy role for someone who understands how B2B brands grow through trust, authority, and consistency, not hype -- and how founder brands amplify that when done well.
