Role Overview

This role is for a driven, creative, and ambitious content creator and social media manager who wants to grow into a marketing leader. Someone who's constantly learning, pushing boundaries, and producing groundbreaking work.

Fee Retainer:

1,300 per month (pro rata equivalent of 31,200 salary)

Objectives

Build excitement ahead of launch Drive attendance at our sessions Establish Contrast Club as a sauna and plunge brand that everyone talks about Stay ahead of trends, experimenting with new editing tools and methods to push creative boundaries

Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for driving Contrast Club's brand presence through influencer engagement, content creation, and community management to build awareness and increase attendance at our sessions.

Influencer Outreach

Influencer outreach is key to increasing Contrast Club's brand awareness and credibility by leveraging trusted voices within the wellness and fitness space.

Book 4 influencer group sessions per week (200k+ followers each) to bring 14 influencer friends to one of our saunas for a hosted experience Book a further 6 influencers with smaller followings (10k-100k) per week, offering them 1-2 free tickets Explore other influencer strategies to drive numbers, e.g., referral codes

Content Planning & Execution

Use Notion to plan, schedule, and track content deliverables Take direction from our founders to execute against creative briefs and ideas and bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate the Contrast Club brand Help schedule and attend weekly content capture sessions and their agenda, working with videographers and photographers to execute scheduled content

Content Creation

Content creation is fundamental in engaging our audience, showcasing the experience, and growing our community across platforms.

Film, edit, and post 5 video posts per week and 4 stories per day (Instagram and TikTok) Capture content yourself and work with pro bono videographers & photographers to build a high-quality content pipeline Match the cinematic quality and vibe of brands like Plugin Heat Club. We want to feel polished and high budget. Leverage editing platforms and AI software to constantly be improving content quality and finish.

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who not only thrives in social media strategy but who is also an exceptional creative producer and videographer. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical skills and artistic vision.

Essential Skills:

Proven videography experience, with access to professional camera equipment Strong video editing skills across platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve Confidence using motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) to elevate video content Experience producing short-form content for social (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Understanding of platform trends and editing styles that drive engagement Proactive in experimenting with new tools like Sora and AI video platforms

Creative & Organisational Skills:

A "producer's mindset" -- able to plan, schedule, and manage content shoots Experience managing shoot teams, from directing talent to coordinating with photographers/videographers Comfortable both behind the camera and in leading the creative process Highly creative eye with attention to detail, visual rhythm, and brand alignment Ability to take initiative, deliver high-quality work under pressure, and push creative boundaries

Community Management

Manage our social media channels, responding to messages and engaging with our audience Actively foster conversations and relationships to strengthen brand loyalty and encourage engagement

Working Requirements

Two days of work in person at our location each week and half a day remote. In some cases, more frequent on-site presence may be required to take advantage of content opportunities and fully immerse in the role As a fast-moving startup, we need someone flexible and willing to adapt as responsibilities evolve Strong communication skills; must be responsive and reliable
