We're on the lookout for a creative, social-savvy individual who knows their way around TikTok trends and has a serious soft spot for burritos. As our Social Media Manager, you'll take the lead on all things social - managing our channels, creating bold, engaging content, and building a genuine connection with our online community.


You've got great taste, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for building a feed that not only performs, but looks amazing. You're proactive, full of ideas, and thrive on spotting the next big thing. You know how to cut through the noise with content that's relevant, clever and full of personality.

What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Creative, you'll:

Shape our voice - Help define and deliver our brand personality across all channels Own the content calendar - Plan, create and post scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X, YouTube and whatever's next Jump on trends - Stay ahead of social and cultural moments so we're always part of the conversation Manage our community - Respond to comments, DMs and feedback with warmth, wit and brand flair Run influencer activity - Build and nurture relationships with creators and spot new collab opportunities Track performance - Report on what's working (and what's not) using data and competitor insight Get stuck in - Be present at events, shoots, new openings and campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team and wider business

What you'll bring:

You're creative, trend-aware and have great taste - both in content and in burritos. You know what looks good, what sounds good and what lands.

3+ years in social media or content creation Deep knowledge of social platforms, formats and trends Strong content creation and video editing skills (Splice, InShot or similar) Sharp eye for detail and organisation Killer copy skills - witty, playful, on-brand Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Bonus points for design skills - experience with InDesign or similar software Must love food - especially the burrito kind Qualification in marketing, communications, design or similar a bonus but not essential
