We're looking for a
Social Media Manager
to lead our digital storytelling - someone creative, proactive, and hands-on who can capture the heart of Lina Stores online, engage our community, and grow our presence across all platforms.
What you'll do
Take ownership of
Lina Stores
and
Bar Lina
social-media channels, creating a consistent and engaging online voice.
Spend significant time
on-site
across our restaurants and bars, capturing real moments, people, and stories that bring our hospitality to life.
Develop and manage
content calendars
using
Later
as a scheduling and planning tool.
Write
captivating copy
for posts, campaigns, and captions that reflect our tone and tell authentic stories.
Proactively generate
new ideas and concepts
for social campaigns, community engagement, and seasonal storytelling.
Create and edit short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with restaurant teams to highlight events, dishes, and team members.
Monitor analytics and insights to drive growth, engagement, and creativity.
Stay ahead of industry and platform trends, ensuring Lina Stores remains at the forefront of digital hospitality storytelling.
About you
Experience managing social media for a hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brand.
Exceptional copywriting skills
with a flair for tone and storytelling.
Confident with content tools like
Later
, Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Suite.
Highly
proactive, creative, and full of ideas
- a natural self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
Strong visual eye and understanding of digital trends.
Organised, collaborative, and passionate about Italian food, culture, and hospitality.
